Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Hardware

  Securely pack the items in their original boxes, ensuring all clamps, felts, and tension rods are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse verifies the condition of the hardware, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
